SeaShell Property Management offers a wide variety of services depending on your needs. We are licensed, bonded, insured and work with several reputable contractors, handyman, electricians, exterminators, and cleaning services and can dispatch them out when needed.

Notary Services available $10.00

Officiant Services available – call for pricing.

Quick getaways - $10.00 a visit if with 5 miles  - collect mail, newspapers, packages, clear any debris from front walkway/doorway and entrances, check all doors, windows. Plant water 1-3 free

Basic Monthly Service: $30.00 any additional visits $15.00

Each customer will receive a detailed email after each visit with pictures if applicable.  We suggest water being turned off.

Inside:

·         Check AC/Humidity by temperature gauge meter and record readings.

·         Check and change AC filter Extra $ if we supply filter.

·         Check for pests.

·         Make sure fridge/freezer are working if applicable.

·         Make sure no leaks in ceilings, windows & doors.

·         Check smoke detectors extra $ if we supply batteries.

Outside:

·         Check for pest/rodents.

·         Check all doors and windows & screens

·         Check condition of pool

·         Check condition of lawn and landscaping

·         Make sure all hurricane shutters are secured (if applicable)

Additional cost include:

·         turning on water to run faucets, flushing toilets, running dishwashers, washing machines.

·         provide access for contractor appointment.

·         Replace smoke detector battery

Additional Services available:

Hurricane Prep starts @ 35.00 an hour/Hurricane shutters put on/remove $50-$100.00

Miscellaneous services @35.00 an hour:

·         Clean out refrigerator, light house cleaning, strip & wash bedding, hand weeding

·         Open/close up home
